How does the service work?
We monitor selected online retailers and share restock notifications when available. We do not guarantee product availability, successful purchases, or specific restocks.
How do I receive access after subscribing?
Telegram access is provided via a private invite link within up to 24 hours of subscribing.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. New members receive a 7-day free trial with full access. Billing begins automatically after the trial unless cancelled beforehand.
How much does it cost?
After the trial, membership costs £9.99 per month, billed automatically until cancelled.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime through the Stripe Customer Portal, accessible via your Stripe confirmation or receipt email.
When will I be charged?
No charges are taken during the trial period. Your first payment is processed automatically once the trial ends.
How are alerts delivered?
Alerts are delivered exclusively via Telegram. A Telegram account is required.
What happens if payment fails or a subscription ends?
If payment fails or a subscription is cancelled or expires, access to the Telegram channel may be restricted or removed.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the digital nature of the service and immediate access provided, refunds are generally not offered once access has been granted. This does not affect your statutory rights.
